Toni was born and raised in Churchville, Maryland, later moving to Berlin, MD in 2015. She is a graduate of Grand Canyon University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies, and later earned her Master of Science in Thanatology from Marian University.

She has worked in a variety of administrative and customer service roles throughout her career, including positions with the Wicomico County Board of Education and Apple Inc. She later worked as a Family Service Associate at Holloway Funeral Home and as Manager of Volunteer Services for Coastal Hospice, where she supported families and coordinated volunteer programs, intent on assisting the grieving community.

Toni joined the firm as a receptionist in 2025, where she enjoys welcoming clients and assisting them with their needs. Outside of the office, Toni enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and participating in community grief support outreach.
