Rachelle is a native of Sussex County, Delaware, currently residing in Seaford with her husband Tommy, her two daughters Alyssa and Madison, and her four dogs Lala, Stasi, Tank, and Dallas.  Rachelle graduated from Woodbridge High School in 2001.  After high school, she went to cosmetology school, received her license, and worked as a cosmetologist.  Rachelle started her career in the legal field when she was hired by Schmittinger & Rodriguez, P.A., in 2008 as a legal assistant.  Since her time at Schmittinger & Rodriguez, Rachelle has grown her knowledge in many different areas of the law such as, debt collection, estate planning, civil litigation, adult guardianships, business law, registered agent services, deed preparation, municipal law, administrative law, monitions, and corporations.  Rachelle is expanding her knowledge once more at Sergovic Carmean McCartney and Owens, P.A., as part of our team as an Estate Administrative Assistant.
