Eileen was born and raised in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Eileen has over thirty years of experience as an estate and trust paralegal. Prior to moving to southern Delaware, Eileen worked for the estates and trust department of an AM 100 law firm. Since 2005, she has served as an estate and trust paralegal to Harold W.T. Purnell, II assisting with estate planning and estate administration matters.
