Diana was raised and still resides in Seaford, Delaware. She attended Delaware Technical and Community College where she earned several of her Associate Degrees. She began her career in the legal field at Hudson, Jones, Jaywork & Liquori but soon obtained a paralegal position at Tunnell & Raysor, P.A.  It was here that she gleaned most of her knowledge in various areas of the law.

She has worked for several other firms in the area before joining Sergovic Carmean McCartney & Owens, P.A. in July 2018 as a paralegal and assistant working closely with Deirdre McCartney.  She now works part-time for George “Buck” Smith, assisting with his estate planning, estate administration and other various legal matters.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, working outside and spending time with her family and friends.
