Amber is a native of Sussex County, Delaware. She is a graduate of Lighted Pathway Christian Academy and attended Delaware Technical and Community College while she began her career in the legal field as a receptionist in 2009. In 2011, Amber was hired by Shannon R. Owens, Esquire as a Legal Assistant, where she continues to provide dedicated support. Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
